Very friendly individuals in this company, speedy interview process, management open to suggestions from team members, amazing culture, great HR department that handles issues in a timely manner.

Cons

Some inconsistencies with salaries, unrealistic expectations from some of the staff.

Pros

Fairly good benefits given that the companies run by CVS, Nice, clean place to work with people who generally care about elderly and disabled individuals. $3000 tuition reimbursement per year.

Cons

Pay is very low for some positions, including mine. Juneteenth not recognized as a federal holiday. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, depending on when patients finish. Patients can be difficult to contact and deal with.
