Pros

Terrific mission with clinics in under-served areas of the mid-west. You get to witness the delivery of care to people in need of it. Career opps are pretty good if you know the right people.

Cons

Always having to look over your back wondering if you job is safe. Management is not management material. Particularly cut throat and run like a consulting company.

Pros

Fairly good benefits given that the companies run by CVS, Nice, clean place to work with people who generally care about elderly and disabled individuals. $3000 tuition reimbursement per year.

Cons

Pay is very low for some positions, including mine. Juneteenth not recognized as a federal holiday. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, depending on when patients finish. Patients can be difficult to contact and deal with.
