Pros

There are some smart people who care. There are some decent doctors and nurses who are really into helping seniors. Transportation is provided to patients which aides them in getting the care they need in marginalized areas.

Cons

What used to be a neat organization seems to be taking a turn South. People who have been here a long time, that were well liked are just get fired for no reason, then only to have management sweep it under the rug like it was something mutual when everyone knows otherwise. Few people in the field trust the higher ups and the direction of the company which makes it hard to come to work everyday. Tons of over the top boot licking of upper management runs a muck.

Pros

Fairly good benefits given that the companies run by CVS, Nice, clean place to work with people who generally care about elderly and disabled individuals. $3000 tuition reimbursement per year.

Cons

Pay is very low for some positions, including mine. Juneteenth not recognized as a federal holiday. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, depending on when patients finish. Patients can be difficult to contact and deal with.
