Management/Leadership is littered with several moody, over educated megalomaniacs who are completely out of touch with their employees. You never know what you're going to get. Leadership lacks solid experience, has big egos and manages through horrific micro-management. It is an atmosphere that is run by politics with no self awareness which has turned into a miserable experience. There is an RVP model of which has little to no respect from the field. There are really questionable ethics on acquiring patients.
