- Can absolutely see the passion for making a positive difference in the community - High-level managers are approachable and care about every employee level - Friendly, enjoyable company culture - It really seems like they're going big places, so as long as you can keep up with the occasional rough patches of a semi-new company, I feel that you will do well

- Interview process is a bit haphazard and can feel rushed, but just give it a chance because once you're in it's great
