Clinic who really focuses on helping Medicare patients navigate through all of their healthcare needs. Overall patients feel like they are part of an extended family at Oak Street Health. A family who cares about their health, social life, home life, and overall well-being!

Cons

Employee roles are not well defined which is causing a slow burnout. Retention rates are poor.

Pros

Fairly good benefits given that the companies run by CVS, Nice, clean place to work with people who generally care about elderly and disabled individuals. $3000 tuition reimbursement per year.

Cons

Pay is very low for some positions, including mine. Juneteenth not recognized as a federal holiday. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, depending on when patients finish. Patients can be difficult to contact and deal with.
