Great benefits, coworkers are good people, and good holiday breaks.

Cons

Everyone is crammed in too tight in a loud open office setting. They expect you to multitask, as in take on other full time jobs in addition to your already full time job. There are too many higher ups and not enough general staff to help with the every day operations. Employees tend to get frustrated, and executives don't listen. There's also no Human Resources department.

Honestly, for this group at this location there are no positives.

Cons

Where to start. Incompetent senior management, zero training, lazy co-workers who throw everything on the new people then talk behind their backs. Endless hours - literally you'll work for weeks at a time with no time off during the basketball and hockey seasons - with no thanks for the time and effort. As soon as the season's over they'll walk you to the door with no explanation. They treat people as disposable assets. Use them for as long as they need them, then get rid of them and hire someone new when it gets busy again. Rinse and repeat. HR is useless. Absolute worst place you can work. Stay away.
