Pros

Hard working people with incredible drive and vision in the entertainment industry. Exciting opportunities everyday

Cons

Upper level management / CEO do not care about the wishes of their employees. Middle of a pandemic, entire workforce wants to WFH but management is forcing people back to the office when their is no drop in production and zero benefit of being in the office other than to make management happy. HR has no clue what they're doing, no internal communication, poor benefits package

Honestly, for this group at this location there are no positives.

Cons

Where to start. Incompetent senior management, zero training, lazy co-workers who throw everything on the new people then talk behind their backs. Endless hours - literally you'll work for weeks at a time with no time off during the basketball and hockey seasons - with no thanks for the time and effort. As soon as the season's over they'll walk you to the door with no explanation. They treat people as disposable assets. Use them for as long as they need them, then get rid of them and hire someone new when it gets busy again. Rinse and repeat. HR is useless. Absolute worst place you can work. Stay away.
