Pros

Lots of interaction with prospects and partners. High levels of experience and advice from executives. Lots of learning very fast. Innovative and creative with how deals are constructed. Fast growing. Upward mobility opportunities. Autonomy with how you complete tasks. Praise for successes (for the most part).

Cons

Somewhat of a mindset clash. Some executives (and other employees) have a culture of “I did my part and if something else went poorly, at least I still look good.” Would like to see more collaborative troubleshooting beyond personal requirements.

Honestly, for this group at this location there are no positives.

Cons

Where to start. Incompetent senior management, zero training, lazy co-workers who throw everything on the new people then talk behind their backs. Endless hours - literally you'll work for weeks at a time with no time off during the basketball and hockey seasons - with no thanks for the time and effort. As soon as the season's over they'll walk you to the door with no explanation. They treat people as disposable assets. Use them for as long as they need them, then get rid of them and hire someone new when it gets busy again. Rinse and repeat. HR is useless. Absolute worst place you can work. Stay away.
