The pay is good and I generally haven't noticed any major issues. We are quite separate from corporate so it's hard to notice their influence. They seem to work in quite standard ways.

Cons

The healthcare plan is a joke. It's a $4000 yearly deductible. In general, the dedication they have for cutting costs damages the work environment.

Honestly, for this group at this location there are no positives.

Cons

Where to start. Incompetent senior management, zero training, lazy co-workers who throw everything on the new people then talk behind their backs. Endless hours - literally you'll work for weeks at a time with no time off during the basketball and hockey seasons - with no thanks for the time and effort. As soon as the season's over they'll walk you to the door with no explanation. They treat people as disposable assets. Use them for as long as they need them, then get rid of them and hire someone new when it gets busy again. Rinse and repeat. HR is useless. Absolute worst place you can work. Stay away.
