- very top heavy, they pay their high management employees and above fairly or way too much but pay their IC's next to nothing - Corporate HR leadership is AWFUL. Ann Jackson is by far and away the worst leader I've ever worked with. She is borderline abusive, vindictive, retaliatory and has no idea how to run a large corporation. - HR is not seen as a partner, instead they spend their time making enemies with the other departments within the organization instead of trying to partner with them and solve problems - Sales, Finance and Legal leadership are all great, but STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM corporate HR roles at this company.
