Pros

Professional management, decent pay, schedules are made out in advance so you can plan accordingly. You can trust your coworkers, overall a nice place to work. Management knows who they need and don’t need to check up on. They address any issues with the correct employee instead of yelling at everyone. Which my last job, their management were lazy and just screamed at everyone which put the hard workers in a bad mood.
