Pros
Company culture: the company does an annual survey that they take very seriously. They use it to enhance any areas of weaknesses to provide a great workplace for all. Lunches: they provide cater meals for all employees who commute into the office on the in-office days. Collaboration: most colleagues I’ve engaged with have been very nice, thoughtful and helpful in all aspects. Flexibility: Overall if you produce and get your work/projects done there are room for additional career progression.
Cons
3 days in-office. I could settle with 2 but not a big deal given it’s at least hybrid.
