      Oaktree is a friendly environment. People are willing to offer assistance when necessary. There are perks such as Monday breakfast and Friday lunch.

      Cons

      The hours are long. Little consideration is given for exempt employees. Promotions and compensation are unstructured and don't appear to be applied fairly across the board.
