What an awesome review and testament to our team and the culture we've built here at Oasis. We will always strive to welcome the absolute BEST team members into our organization and keep our ears open to recommendations. Regarding health insurance, the market unfortunately is the largest driver of our insurance offerings. We are a rare breed when it comes to offering to pay for our employee's health insurance and we will continue to negotiate ardently with the big insurance companies and find ways to improve our offerings and keep costs low. However, I can candidly say that it's been a struggle as the large insurance companies continue to squeeze small employers and we have little recourse to raising rates. We can either cut benefits or increase costs and neither are good options.
