Just ok company - Anonymous employee Oasis Solutions Employee Review

Are you referring to Oasis Solutions, the value added reseller for NetSuite and Sage products? I believe this post may have been made in error...because Oasis has multiple owners, all active in the organization and serving on the leadership team. All privately held companies are owner controlled, I suppose. We run Oasis based on our core values and we encourage feedback from our team members to help us create an environment of camaraderie and mutual success. We have instituted profit/revenue sharing into our compensation plans across the entire company to ensure team members who contribute to Oasis' success benefit alongside the organization.
