High school like environment the job is fine the people act like high school students best to keep to to yourself and focus on your job make as long as you make your numbers your job is secure also they have a point system that gets everyone fired in no time if your late one min from lunch or the bathroom that's a point and you only get 4 point when you start and it's game over also if you take a day for the doctor or kids or your sick it's a point if you don't have any sick days if you have no problem with this type of environment this is the job for you also don't try to go to HR they will say they will talk to the person but that's all they will do if you push the situation you will find yourself having a difficult time hang on to your job.
