I don't remember any cons

When I worked there, I got my payroll regularly (I have heard stories about other consulting companies which don't even do that) - so in the aspect, I didn't have any complaints.

I needed to get an experience verification letter for my green card processing and it was a very painful and demeaning experience reaching out to OberonIT for it - and in the end they rejected giving the employment verification letter. I reached out to multiple people over email and multiple times and there was not even a single reply. When I tried calling them, different people directed to different other people. One head of the company right away mentioned in the phone that they don't give experience verification letters and hung up the phone even when I was trying to talk. Another head of the company first asked me how long I worked for and after I said 3 months, she said that they will only give experience verification letters for people who worked more than 6 months and again without listening to my reply, hung up on me - very rude behavior from people who run the company! I wouldn't recommend this company to friends/colleagues based on my experience.
