*Toxic Culture, you will be treated as just a number, not a person. *Human Resources is not human, and provides no resources. *Upper management is aloof and out of touch. *HR/Management makes employees work long hours, zero work/life balance. *Four members of HR have quit in the month of March, why is that???? *Because of the grueling work, company is forced to rely on mostly temp labor. *Churns through employees constantly, people leave soon after being hired. *Office workers "work" at home, employees in operations are forced to come to work every day. *Too many lifers pining for the "good old days", they don' t mentor new employees.
