Work/Life Balance is great, people are pleasant in both administrative and plant level, project's tend to move fast, business is steadily building, input's are heard throughout and typically used. Product are improving

Cons

Pay is about average but not competitive, perks are very little, so many new people it feels like a disaster happened to this company a year or so ago. Products aren't that great
