Pros
There was a time when this was a great company to work for. Over a period of the last couple of years so many employees have either been fired or left, there is no longer that "Have Fun" culture. It was the employees that made this a great company to work for. So much of the culture has been lost its hard to say if it will ever come back.
Cons
No longer any trust that the executive team can bring this company to the next level. They need to walk the talk which is where they have always fallen short. Food safety programs have fallen short which in the end may be what brings this company down.
