Pros
Company that is growing in Costa Rica and with 3 years in the country that has been able to continue growing business. I have been in the company a few months after started and consider at this point has good benefits and options for us to develop ourselves as fully professionals with no fears to try new things and do better each time. Good activities during the year, good benefits, good environment
Cons
Increase business in Costa Rica and even expand in other Latin American countries. Also, currently has a nice building (In Lindora), but can be good to have another easy to access option
