Obsidian has been a great place to work, to grow, to learn and be a part of something great! Great people who are always helpful and friendly with an open door policy. Worklife balance is encouraged. Everyone is passionate about our product and all for the same goals of making Obsidian Security the Leader in SaaS Security.

Cons

Benefits could be better; however, as we grow, so will our benefit offerings.

Cons

Leadership's deep passion for the mission can occasionally come across as intense, but that drive is a feature, not a flaw. A committed executive team focused on building something meaningful is far preferable to one simply coasting toward an exit.
