Pros

Some good people at the lower levels

Cons

classic boys club. continue to lose diverse employees at senior levels replacing them with men, predominately white men—and sometimes, despite being less qualified than the diverse employees who left, hiring the men into higher levels than the diverse employee who preceded them

Pros

The company and my manager focuses on my learning as an intern. I really like the company culture here and the employees are best in their field. I am learning a lot from them here. Being able to explore other departments is enhancing my learning experience here.

I only had good experience here.
