Interesting technology, but you have to deal with the cons

Cons

Without a PhD. you will be treated like a 2nd class citizen. There some favorites in the company that have the ear of upper management. They will not hesitate to throw everyone else under the bus.

Pros

The company and my manager focuses on my learning as an intern. I really like the company culture here and the employees are best in their field. I am learning a lot from them here. Being able to explore other departments is enhancing my learning experience here.

Cons

I only had good experience here.
