      Pros

      Great job; you are basically helping people get their shopping done with very few problems. You can fix things, and you have the autonomy to pick what's best for your customer.

      Cons

      When processes change, and very little communication is sent out, you are expected to learn the hard way. Shift patterns have changed recently, and they are very poor - 6-day work weeks

      discounted food through Kroger, some end of year bonuses. Nice management

      long hours and shift changes
