- Constantly feel like you are working against the customers rather than helping them. - Introduce new measures without fully explaining them, and then expect advisors to relay this to customers with very short notice. - Internal comms takes a hit here. I'm not saying it's non-existent but it sure has a long way to go... - "Specialists" that would rather look for a quick solve rather than actually helping you. - Most of the time you will be the one taking the complaints rather than the managers/complaints team.
