Awful - Marketing Ocado Retail Employee Review

Insane hours, you're expected to work 12-14 hours per day and weekends too (no overtime and no ability to take days in lieu) the head of department is horrible and most of the team are absolutely miserable. Don't bother applying here if you want career progression, you won't learn anything worthwhile. I hated working here and it was upsetting to see how miserable other staff members were, it wasn't abnormal to see people in tears and no one stepped in to prevent this
