Wouldn't recommend - Anonymous employee Ocado Retail Employee Review

I've found it very challenging to progress in my career at Ocado due to lack of autonomy and micro management. I've also found there to be a lack of respect and trust from management at Ocado. Having worked through the pandemic, I often felt pressure to return to the office despite government advise to WFH when possible. It's clear the reason to rush people back comes from a place of distrust which stems from the senior leadership team creating a toxic environment to work in.
