Pros
Everyone at Ocado, from the new grads to the CEO, is super supportive and all display the Ocado values. The working atmosphere at the company is fantastic, and the leadership within Insight are very switched on and know how to get the best out of you. Working hours are very consistent, and while you may have to work late one day, you'll be told to finish early the following day. All in all, it feels like people actually care about you.
Cons
While the office is amazing, its location in Hatfield isn't ideal. A lot of the staff live in London, paying London rent, whereas the company doesn't seem to pay London wages. Aside from that, I have no complaints!
