Pros
Salary not terrible. Some lovely people working there and friends made (but sadly treated so badly they end up leaving. ) Free parking.
Cons
Treated and spoken to poorly. Opportunities dangled but not followed through with. Not diverse at all but will spend money to convince everyone we are. Inappropriate comments from senior members including chief of people. One to one meeting to discuss goals just weeks after miscarriage “well we know your 12 month plan, your manager will need to look for a maternity cover” (Just one of the comments while going through 2 emergency operations and a loss)
