Good Company - Officer Ocean Network Express Employee Review

Fantastic benefits package, hybrid work schedule, newely enhanced time off and parental leave benefits.

It's a large company so some of the usual drawbacks would apply in terms of typical corporate red tape. Nothing alarming.

ONE supports it's employees and treat them fairly. Benefits are decent. They have a hybrid work environment. Three days in the office, two days at home.

There really aren't many cons that I can think of.
