Even you did your best and conscience are clear with your work, managers don't recognise but to put you down whenever possible even during appraisal neither are they supportive unless you are their favourite pet and without question you will get good grades even you are not hardy with work or playing games during office hrs and not even a team player it will still be a smooth sailing and peaceful live in ONE. Have a good thought after your interview, observe the management that do the interview with you whats their expectations and how do they present themselves thats a good way to evaluate if you want to join the big family.
