Pros

Benefits, pay structure, working for a cooperative.

Cons

No bonuses or increases last year and not expected this year. Morale is terrible. Disheartening when you hear all the ridiculousness coming out of corporate at a time when we are struggling to keep our head above water- employees at corporate focused on half days in summer, bringing their dogs to work, pawternity leave, getting massages and manicures during work hours should find a different place to work.
