Pros

Average pay compared to surrounding companies.

Cons

Management doesn’t value hourly employees . Constantly changing schedules. Turnover ratio is extremely high. Management has their few favorites, everyone else is just a number. Most vacation days are spent on plant shut downs(due to lack of work) rather than days you would like to use them.
