Ocean Spray offers employees top knotch benefits! The corporate office has 450 employees and there is a lot of opportunity for recognition and advancement. They recruit the best talent so you are surrounded by intelligent, experienced, hard working people. The campus is beautiful! We work on 16 acres (most of which is conservation land) with a large pond and cranberry bogs. There are hiking and running trails as well as a great outdoor eating area. Because we work for the farmers (cooperative) there is a feel good vibe about the work we do. I honestly love coming to work each day! What more could you ask for?
Cons
I wish the company offered more vacation time. As it stands, ALL new employees get 3 weeksof vacation. So candidates who are seasoned (10+ years of experience) often have to leave vacation time on the table when the sign on to join Ocean Spray. That said, the other benefits they offer are fantastic.
