      Pros

      Good pay and benefits; pay and benefits were almost too good, and then I found out why....

      Cons

      Company is small but there's no communication. I saw some of the dumbest management decisions of my career made here. I used to shake my head all the time. Very reactive company not proactive. I used to think to myself that this company has made money in spite of itself, amazing it's still in business, and probably won't be for much longer.
