      Better experience if you work in US/corporate, it could be a nightmare if you work in the international business- everything has to follow what US does regardless if it makes sense or not

      Hierarchical; lack of process/ways of working; lack of ownership; people commonly throw others under the bus or backstab at meetings or in emails; people just live in their own world without looking at/listening to/learning from others (co workers, customers, rest of the world) and think things will never change
