Pros
The upper management is great, they have the vision to drive the company forward and make sure the brand is going to grow into an international brand. Great benefits and competitive salaries. People are nice (Most of them). Nice view in the HQ.
Cons
The sales team is doing great job to drive the company into new markets, but when the execution trickles down to customer operations it just goes into a mess. Most of the people work there are old, close-minded persons who hate changes. Even a slight suggestion will set off a huge wave of panic and rejections, people need to think like it is 21 century not back in the 70'. Very slow-paced in the operation side and some people enjoy politics too much - some people like to snitch behind your back, I guess that's the only way they can get close to the managers. Also, the managers in this department seem to like this.
