Pros

Heritage company with good reputation.

Cons

Company claims they care about their employees, but that's far from the truth. The toxicity is real. They did finally realize they had a terrible plant manager, but the bigger issues are still there. They can't attract good talent, and the few good employees they have are thinking of leaving or are gone. Corporate pressure is non-stop, from the top down to local management. They don’t give the money to keep things running smoothly, they never have parts we need, and new equipment is more often broken than not because they tried to save a few bucks. Corporate pressure on the local team is laughable—like they’re here to help but really just get in our way. If you’re interviewing here, know that they’ll pay you peanuts. Salaries are below the area average, and the workload is crazy. Salaried folks are expected to work 80 hours a week with zero extra compensation. The company as a whole is losing good people. Tyrants are left in their place. They don't practice or inspire good leadership. You get what you pay for new hires when you don't pay well. And your existing employees are feeling the pressure when you don't pay them good money.
