So many...point system, cheaper than cheap merchandise, too much work and no workers since they either laid them off or fired them. Operating with a skeleton crew makes it extremely difficult to do your job. You would be very lucky to get anywhere in this company. Most of the managers were recruits from other companies....they didn't work their way up to managers within the company. Revolving door. There are many stores in NJ with competitive, if not better prices.
