awful - Anonymous employee Ocean State Job Lot Employee Review

Ocean State has a point system that is made up for you to fail. The managers that worked at my store were completely rude and often lied to their workers to get things to go their way. They were constantly making up policies and leaving work extremely early. One manager loved to find reasons to yell at us and would constantly watch the camera waiting for one of us to take a break for a minute then get excited to come out of the office to yell at us. I suggest not working here unless you are a super natural person and do not get sick or enjoy being treated like complete garbage
