The managers don't care about you, nor does HR. Favoritism happens a lot. They claim to promote from within but that really just means if you apply for a position, they'll make you work in that position with out paying you and then tell you that you aren't right for the job even if you are, only to continue making you do that position's tasks. Their points system is designed to get you fired. Their new thing is to threaten everybody with being written up instead of working with associates. Their computers can be poor which makes punching in and out a hassle because 30 seconds early or late means you get points or meal violations, no exceptions unless they like you. The amount of drama is a big negative as well as just flat out feeling like you don't matter. Management refuses to train associates that want to grow.
