Pros
Co workers are generally nice both in the office and warehouse and benefits are decent, really trying to get things done now that they want to be employer of choice
Cons
No advancement, poor communication between departments and people, maximum effort for minimal pay, you get ahead by being related to someone or marriage and the usual being a corporate lacky the way they get around hiring people is owning the temp agency so they don't have to pay benefits or explain why they fired you. Well on their way to being the next Walmart
