      Pros

      Real, down to earth privately held company. Owners and upper Management are on a mission to become the employer of choice. This was always a good company but today were becoming great! The company's owners are involved and they have upgraded the key Management positions with highly talented, people friendly who care about the business.

      Cons

      The company is growing. Despite best efforts by upper management there are occasional instances of employees becoming disillusioned by the growth and changes.
