Better managers needed - Anonymous employee Ocean State Job Lot Employee Review

No communication to hourly associates from management or the home office. No accountability at store level. No one cares. You try to do a good job, ask questions, interact with the customers and your considered an issue. You are afraid to ask questions or make suggestions because you will be yelled at (YES YELLED AT) in front of other associates and customers. I call that bullying. You are going to lose the most valuable employees you have and then what will the company do? You haven't been able to hire/ keep good help for years now.
