Management is not so great. They are more concerned with product placement than the customer. Management will leave the front end understaffed in order to get product out of receiving and on the floor. The customer isn't first. Not eligible for profit sharing or vacations until you work 1 full year to date of hire. Also there is a staff reduction every year after holidays so you may not make your 1 year anniversary. This will not be told to you during your interview.
