The Managers throughout my 5 week training program were all very dedicated to my success and ensuring my training was up to par. All management and supervisors I work with have been great, many have worked their way up and are very willing to share their in depth knowledge. I love that the company is so into process improvement, and that despite being around for a long time are still willing to hear you out. I love what the company stands for and I think it’s an exciting time to be with OSJL as they continue to grow. One of my primary reasons for leaving a company I was with for so many years (and love!) was so that I could work somewhere that I could make a difference, and could help mold and shape. I also love how into the community they are, because I think the best way to be a successful business is to be apart of the community in which it is in. I’m excited to see many more years with OSJL
