Often there are only 4 associates in the store. Customer service goes out the window. You are expected to be productive in your task, help customers find merchandise, answer customer calls, respond to calls to the registers, get freight out, respond to emails, recalls, RTW's ect. all at the same time! Impossible, you feel overwhelmed, underappreciated and overworked. Management turnover is astounding! Every time you get a new manager you have to "prove" yourself all over again. Management does not communicate so many times you move merchandise just to move it again in 2 days. Very counterproductive and drains store moral.
