The company pushes employees to get customers to sign up for their insider card and uses their conversion percentage as part of their review. Some managers threaten to write employees up if they don't meet a quota. I think its awful to penalize a good employee over something that is put of their control. Some people will cut you off mid sentence and say no! I get enough junk emails. You can't force people to give you their phone number and email if they don't want to! I feel like as long as they are trying that's all you can ask for!
